We have all types of vehicles, including Hybrid, EVs, Plug-in, 7-seaters, and Executive class, in our fleet. You can choose the vehicle that best suits your needs.

Genie Cabs offers ongoing support to its customers. We are not only responsible for procedures before handing over the keys, but you can also reach our customer support anytime for roadside assistance. We are available 24/7 to answer your queries.

We understand that everyone makes mistakes. We will consider your application even if you have points on your license. However, we reserve the right to refuse your application based on the number of points and the nature of the offenses.

The minimum age to hire a vehicle is 21 years old. However, if you are under 25 years old, we may charge you a young driver fee.

To hire a vehicle, you will need a valid driving license, proof of address, and a credit or debit card. You may also need to provide additional documents depending on your circumstances.

Yes, you can drive outside the UK. However, you must inform us before you do so. You may need to pay an additional fee for insurance coverage outside the UK.

Our vehicles are usually provided with a full tank of fuel. You must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel. If you return the vehicle with less fuel, we will charge you for the missing fuel.

Our vehicles come with comprehensive insurance. However, you will still be liable for any damage caused to the vehicle. You can reduce your liability by purchasing additional insurance coverage.

We accept payment by credit or debit card. We may also accept payment by cash or bank transfer in some cases. Please contact us for more information.

You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period. If you cancel within 48 hours of the start of the rental period, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
